Why don't Minneapolis or Milwaukee have a section in Travel United States?
The upper midwest is unrepresented, yet smaller cities like Cleveland, Cincinnati, St Louis and Kansas City are on the list. I'm from KC and I consider Minneapolis a much better city than KC with much more to do, I'm shocked it's not up there.

google cheaptickets.com
Answer 2 :
Delta is the cheapest, at $165 round trip travelling end of September.
Answer 3 :
$140 for a return ticket Sept 16 return Sept 23, with 1 stop with US Airways or $159 same dates non stop flights with Continental, Northwest or Delta They are the best deals found by Travelocity Finding online the cheapest flight for you is the job of Travelocity or similar flights brokers/ booking sites. The best ones are listed here: http://www.willgoto.com/1/023798/liens.aspx No hidden fees. Use flexible dates in your query. In the USA, Travelocity usually offer the best deals. Check your real travel dates with Travelocity .
Answer 4 :
northwest on the weekdays for sure...or continental. don't book through delta since their tickets are a bit higher, and both northwest and continental operate delta flights from LGA/JFK to MSP anyway...so you might as well go through the operator flights. plus, go through the website for booking the tickets

Answer 1 :
Nobody here can answer that question for you with the information you've given. Go to Expedia or NWA or some other airline Web site and find out. It will depend on a number of factors from what day of the week he arrives and leaves to what month of the year it is. There can be a fluctuation in price by hundreds of dollars.
Answer 2 :
Try Yahoo travel and just put in some dates to find out the cost. There are different rates for how long in advance you make the reservation, the popularity time of travel.
Answer 3 :
As the cost of the plane tickets is the biggest part of the money you ll spend I suggest to try www.momondo.com It searches through many e-tickets stores Hope I helped
Answer 4 :
You can search for some air travel sites on search engines. To make it more easier for you I would suggest http://www.cheapoair.com -- good website. So, good luck my friend. Pal
Answer 5 :
Depends when exactly he needs to travel, but generally it's cheaper in winter, and more expensive in summer. Here's an 11 month snapshot of prices on CPH-MSP: http://www.farecompare.com/airfare/flowsearch.html?departure=CPH&destination=MSP¤cy=USD&tripType=roundtrip&nonstops=false&p=1&cabin=Coach&t=r&s=d&departdate=20070824&returndate=20070831&date=20070831 Icelandair fly from CPH to MSP via Iceland, and offer one of th most direct (and cheapest) flights. Their "Lucky Saver" fare specials are usually the cheapest you'll get on this route. http://www.icelandair.com -- these fares don't always show up at Farecompare (the first link I made for you). I also always check this one for my flights from Danmark: http://www.kelkoo.dk/c-172201-flybilletter.html -- it checks many sources in one go

Well, I recommend going to Red Wing for the day or two. It is on the river and a very cool town. It has a nice downtown. I also like Stillwater. Kind of the same atmosphere as Red Wing but it is in the metro and a bit spendier there. You can't go wrong with a day of shopping at Albertville and the outlets either. St Cloud is sure growing and you could explore there also. And in April, it will be nice visiting Duluth. I love Duluth, though I don't know I would want to ever live there. But it is a great place to visit

About What's the best way to travel with two cats from Minneapolis, MN, to Portland, OR without a car
What's the best way to travel with two cats from Minneapolis, MN, to Portland, OR without a car?
I don't have a car and am considering moving to Portland from Minneapolis. I would prefer to NOT have to rent and drive a U-Haul and would prefer NOT to fly, but it's looking like those might be the only options, since Amtrak and Greyhound don't allow animals. Any advice on how to do this cheaply and efficiently?

Answer 1 :
The best way I know of is in cat carriers, and to see if their vet would reccomend a tranquilizer so they dont panic during the trip. I have only done short trips with my felines and they didnt do so good so I wish you the best of luck if you move. As to doing it cheaply I dont have a clue but One aireline I would reccomend checking is SunCoast, I think they will work with you if you have animals but I could be wrong. All I know of is they treated us wonderfully on our last trip with them.
Answer 2 :
Considering the amount of rental applications I get from residents of the Twin Cities, I would say it's a safe bet that your city's craigslist has a fairly healthy rideshare section. That would be the cheapest option. If it were me, I'd rent a car one-way. It's actually cheaper than you think if you call all of the rental car companies in your area (and NOT just the ones based at the airport) to get the best price. Then, search on google for coupon codes to use at the rental car company's website. Or find someone with an AAA or Costco card to give up their promo code. Finally, after you've found the cheapest price, call the front desk of the rental car company and tell them that another rental car company quoted you "X" dollars, but you'd prefer not to use them because of their track record, and could you please give me the same deal for "X-$50?" This actually works more than you think

Bus?
Answer 2 :
Walk or ride a bike! You did not say how long you wanted to take to get there you only asked for the cheapest way.
Answer 3 :
Walk... only costs a pair of Shoes. Clothes are optional, but I would probably make the investment because the legal fees associated with going without can be quite pricey.
Answer 4 :
I would look for cheap airfare on airtran or midwest and fly there.
Answer 5 :
My two home towns!! The cheapest plane ticket I've bought recently is $188. It is about 10-11 hours in a car, depending on your car, you could spend probably about $90 on gas. (I'm thinking a tank and a half each way at $30 a pop) A bus would be really really long. And I imagine not even half price compared to flying. If you are up to riding with strangers, you could put an add at Craigslist for a ride

I went to the Mall of America last time I was there, and ate at Bubba Gumps (yummy!)..What else should I do while I am there? I don't know my way around, and don't know any tourist spots. Thanks! Idahotaz- This is a business trip.

Drink until you pass out in your hotel room. Just kidding... I have been to Minneapolis... aside from Mall of America, there isn't much to do. Have you checked out Minneapolis' tourist bureau website? They usually list the popular stuff and the site would be maintained by people who actually live there.
Answer 2 :
I'd like to mount a campaign to encourage people not to go anywhere. Travel has become so expensive and unpleasant that it's hard to understand why people don't stay home. Why are we crowding our highways and airports to get someplace else? Newspapers and magazines are filled with ads trying to get us to travel. They want us to go somewhere - anywhere but home.
Answer 3 :
Check out the sculpture garden at the Minneapolis Art Museum - it's very nice
